Chiikawa SHUTTO (Hachiware×Rakko)
A 2-way cutter that combines an envelope cutter and a letter opener. By pressing the push button and pushing it into the step ball, the blade comes out, making it a safe design that is difficult to touch the blade directly when opening the envelope. The letter opener is also safe because the cutter part is not exposed. It is also ideal to store it in places like玄関 (entrance) where it is often used!
